Please note: We do not accept returns for Crooks & Castles products not purchased from WWW.CROOKSNCASTLES.COM.

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from Crooks & Castles. If, for any reason, you are not, you can return the item and we will issue you store credit or exchange to choose another item.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ITEMS FROM CROOKSNCASTLES.COM
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT WILL RECEIVE CREDIT TO CHOOSE ANY OTHER ITEM(S) THEY WISH OF EQUAL VALUE. (Original Shipping Costs will not be included)
Item(s) purchased from WWW.CROOKSNCASTLES.COM must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
What Items are returnable?
- Items within 10 Days of order received
- All tags attached
- Unused / unwashed product
- Packaging intact
What items not returnable?
- Items in the Sale Collection (These are Final Sale)
- Stash Boxes (These are Final Sale)
- Items that have been washed
- Visibly been worn (stains, heavily wrinkled)
Returns for Exchanges: If you have purchased an item from crooksncastles.com, you may exchange it for a different color, size or style. You have 10 days from when your order was received to inform us that you intend to return (i.e. If your order was delivered on the 1st, you have until the 10th to contact us about making a return).
Once your return is received and inspected by Crooks Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will email you regarding the return.
When shipping your item(s) back to our warehouse, please include:
A copy of your original invoice and a written explanation of the item(s) you are returning.
All returns are dependent on condition of product upon inspection.
Please allow 3-5 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.
Customers are responsible to pay shipping fees when a return for exchange/store credit is requested.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns are to be shipped via traceable mail in a secure package to the following address (We are not liable for packages lost in transit; please have a tracking number for your reference and proof):
