Online Orders:

We offer a 30-day return window (from the shipping date) for eligible products. Refunds are only provided in the form of a Crooks & Castles e-gift card, which exclude original shipping costs.

Customers are financially responsible for shipping their return back to Crooks & Castles.

Non-Refundable/Final Sale:

Items that are marked final sale will have final sale mentioned somewhere on the product page/description.

Refused packages will be considered forfeited, and are not eligible for credit.
