We try to get CROOKSNCASTLES.COM orders out within 1-3 business days after your shipping & billing has been verified. Holidays and sales may delay shipping times. Orders placed on Fridays after 1PM will be sent out the next business day.
After your order has been placed we are unable to change any items, sizes, or color selections — if this happens, please email us right away at email@example.com and we'll try to our best to make changes. Once you have received a tracking number, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
We ship via USPS or UPS (and DHL International). Shipping times will depend upon your service selection. Holidays may affect delivery times. International customers are responsible for all applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes.

We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from Crooks & Castles. If, for any reason, you are not, you can return the item for a store credit or an exchange. Please note that we do not issue refunds & we do not accept returns for Crooks & Castles merchandise not purchased from CROOKSNCASTLES.COM
Send an email email@example.com and indicate in the subject line RETURN & reference your order # (EXAMPLE: RETURN ORDER #CC18076). We will reply with an RA# that will need to be indicated on your package.
Upon receipt of your return in our warehouse, please allow 72 hours to receive your store credit via email. Your credit can be used towards any other item of lesser or equal value. Note that original shipping costs will not be included.
Item(s) purchased from crookncastles.com must be returned at the customers expense with the following qualifications:
• Within 10 days of when the order was received • With all tags attached • Unused / unwashed product • Packaging intact
The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items in the "Sale" collection (these are final sale) • Mystery Box items (these are final sale) • Items that have been washed • Visibly worn items (stains, heavily wrinkled)
If you have purchased an item from crooksncastles.com, you may exchange it for a different color, size, or style.
Send an email firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate in the subject line EXCHANGE & reference your order # (Example: EXCHANGE #CC18076). We will reply with an RA# that will need to be indicated on your return package.
Upon receipt of your return in our warehouse, please allow 72 hours to receive an email regarding your exchange. Items must be returned within 10 days of when order was received.
A copy of your original invoice and a written explanation of the item(s) you are returning.
All returns are dependent on condition of product upon inspection.
Customers are responsible of shipping fees when a return for exchange/store credit is requested.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Packages received without an RA# will not be treated
